The Cottage B&B
The B&B is a private two bedroom Cape Cod style cottage, surrounded by 80 acres of native timber. A medley of period furniture and colors from nature create a charming, relaxing atmosphere to make you comfortable and give an "at home" feeling. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet. The "plaid room" is furnished with a full size bed. The home has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, stove, refrigerator, and other kitchen amenities. There is also a grill and a fire pit.
Oak Aven RV Park
Enjoy the beauty, peace, and quiet that the rural countryside has to offer, surrounded by 80 acres of native timber and the sounds of Cub Creek. Oak Aven Acres RV park is located within minutes of Homestead National Monument of America, ten minutes of downtown Beatrice, and 45 minutes of Lincoln, Nebraska - home of the Nebraska Cornhuskers. We offer 14 drive through site pads with - water, sewer, and 30-50 amp hook-ups in a peaceful rural setting. There is also a tent, picnic, and small playground area.

Troy is the owner of Oak Aven Acres. Selma, his mother and Jessica, his girlfriend help out at Oak Aven Acres as well. They enjoy meeting and talking to new people that come to stay at Oak Aven Acres and enjoy the opportunity to welcome guests back to stay with them again.
